the venue was absolutely spotless, i really enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing short walk to ostuni and surrounding attractions, a fabulous garden and the centre of town. the staffs were supper friendly and accommodating and the service was excellent. the queen room was reasonably large and neat, with a microwave oven, a fridge, and tea and coffee making equipment. i had a good stay in a long time.

You can enjoy a peaceful setting here with free parking available. Plus, they offer a great selection of fresh bread and cakes for breakfast. 🥐

As a senior woman, I had a fantastic stay at this fabulous retreat just outside of Ostuni. The hotel's decoration exudes a relaxing and elegant atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful vacation. The general areas, such as the beautiful gardens and pool, were easily accessible for me, making it a comfortable stay.

My only request for a better vacation for senior people would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and considerate towards our needs.

The breakfast here was amazing with a wide variety of cakes, pastries, juices, and attention to detail; the location is convenient.

The city of Ostuni, with its historic core and architectural wonders, seemed suspended in time. Walking through the streets, I felt like I was transported to a different era. It was truly a place where history came alive, captivating me with its charm and elegance.

The pool area was dope, with plenty of space for us to chill and catch some rays. And let me tell you, the playground was straight fire. We had a blast on the inflatables and rides, and it was so rad that our parents could join in on the fun too. Quality time with the crew, bro!

The only thing we were missing was a sick party scene. Like, imagine if they had a banging nightclub or organized epic pool parties, that would have taken our vacay to the next level.

The playground at La Terrazza Sulla Rupe was a fantastic space for our family to enjoy quality time together. With a dedicated pool, inflatables, and small rides, our children had a blast while we could relax and supervise them. It was a safe and fun environment for everyone.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel had more kid-friendly activities or entertainment options.

Disappointing overall experience. Paid for a room with a certain feature and ended up not getting it. Staff were uninviting and unhelpful. Noise levels were unacceptable and kept us up at night. Lack of amenities and services on site left us feeling stranded. Would not recommend this hotel.
